Comfort from the Scriptures//

We all have those days that we are scared and worried. It happens to all of us. So here are some of my favorite {comforting} scriptures. These are great to memorize so that when you need comfort you can just repeat them in your mind,  & bring peace and comfort to you knowing that its in the Lord's hands--which can very important in today's world.

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27

"Wherefore, be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, wand will stand by you: and ye shall bear record of me, even Jesus Christ, that I am the Son of the living God, that I was, that I am, and that I am to come." D&C 68:6

"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." Joshua 1:9

"In me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." John 16:33
